If you conform to F-ACT, you can say so — and show it. These are the official marks and the rules for displaying them. The marks are free to use to make an honest conformance claim; they are not free to alter, and they do not imply endorsement.
Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of the tick circle.
Use the supplied SVGs at any size — they stay crisp because they are vector.
Pick the dark or light version that gives the cleanest contrast on your background.
Place the badge next to a claim you can back up with a registry entry.
Do not
Recolour the mark, add gradients or shadows, or rebuild it in another font.
Stretch, rotate or crop it, or crowd it with other logos.
Write the name as “FACT” — it is always “F-ACT” with the hyphen.
Imply the Foundation endorses your product — a badge marks a self-declaration, not an endorsement.
A badge is a claim you stand behind
Displaying the badge means you are declaring conformance at a stated tier. Back it with a public entry in the registry so anyone can check it. Use of the marks is governed by the trademark terms.
The marks are provided so honest adopters can signal conformance. Misusing them to mislead is a misuse of the trademark, addressed on the trademark page.
