What these vectors cover
These vectors test the static checks — whether an envelope’s JSON answers the right questions at each tier. T1 checks are fully verified from the document. T2 and T3 checks confirm the declarations are present and well-formed, but they cannot prove a revocation actually propagated or that its log is genuine — that needs live evidence. T-RUE is a published open standard (1.0); these vectors change only with versioned updates to the specification.
